Here's the promised pictures of the new "do". Boy is it easy to fix in the morning. The cat loves the smell of the hair spray. He won't leave my hair alone....
While I was getting my hair cut I was thinking about the days when I used to rat my hair up in a bee-hive and wear white lipstick! I was in 7th & 8th grade. Boy, that was a while ago! I'll give one of my homemade tatted bookmarks to the First person who can correctly guess what year I entered 7th grade. My immediate family is disqualified since they will know what year it was (April's girls can enter if they want to).
For those in my family, if you want a tatted bookmark you'll have to guess the answer to a different question. Here's your question.... Can you guess something stupid I did with my ice tea while at a restaurant, which Grace will never let me forget?
Happy guessing!

The new 'do' looks great! It does look like mine. Hope you got the pics of my new one. Like yours but a bit shaggier.
hmmm... ice tea in a restaurant? How about pouring it on the mashed potatoes thinking it was gravy?
Not meeeeee! I'd never do that! Oh No! ha ha ha
Ooo fun!
Let's see; you've been married 26 years so it must have been a bit longer ago than that. 7th grade is age 12/13, yes? Of course I don't know how old you were when you married, but if you married earlyish then maybe that was six years after 7th grade, which would be 32 years ago, which would put you in 7th grade in hmmm 1977? But a spot of research into beehives and white lipstick fashion suggests 1960s as a better era (sorry, I am indeed young enough not to have experienced it myself!) so maybe I'll split the diff and say 1969? Which is a pure guess at this point, and my apologies if I have inadvertently aged you!
