A Prayer Answered

I've prayed for each and every one of you who wrote to me. I also want to thank all of you for praying for Emily. She is doing SO much better today. The doctor said that she is having trouble with illness induced asthma. Although she's been on inhaled steroids she started on oral steroids yesterday. Today I have seen a really nice change. She is still on oxygen but I was able to turn her down to 2 liters (from 3 yesterday). Maybe tomorrow she'll be able to go down to 1 liter.

This picture was taken on Wednesday before putting her back on oxygen. The black thing is called a Flimm Fighter. It is a vibrator thing that helps to shake loose the mucous in her lungs.

The sun was out today and the weather was just beautiful. Emily's nurse gave me a tomato plant for Mother's Day and I was able to go out and plant it while Emily was napping.

In just a few weeks this little plant will be at least 2 feet or more. And look, my strawberries are really taking off!

This morning Grace and I spent some time finishing a project I started yesterday.

These are cake balls. The recipe and more pictures in another post.

Again, thanks for praying for Emily. Continue to pray for LF for recovery after hip surgery, and Luke needs prayer today.

So glad to hear Emily is doing better, and will continue to pray for deep clean breathing. Sweet girl. Pretty pictures of both Emily and Grace.

My sister and niece made cake balls for Annabelle's baby shower in the Tri Cities last June! Fun and yummy!

Thank you for sending your readers to pray for Luke. I will now be praying for him and Mama Suzi.
