The Perfect 10

We had a “once-in-a-lifetime” birthday at our house yesterday.  Grace turned 10 on 10-10-10!

The party started with poppers.  They’re even fun after they’ve popped.

Next was birthday cupcakes (what Grace requested), and our friend at the piano playing Happy Birthday (and she’s never had a lesson!).

After blowing out the candles the presents were handed out.  First the party guests were given a card with a $10 bill in it to celebrate Grace’s perfect 10.

And Grace received a few of her own 10’s.

Emily was very happy with the home made birthday card and lovely present she gave to Grace (It was a fuzzy blanket).

Once the cupcakes and juice were eaten it was pinata time!

Emily took her turn before the other three wacked the candy out of the teapot.

Then Grace and the other girls…

Candy and glow-sticks!  Yippee.

It was very rainy outside, but very sunny inside.

A Perfect 10!
